Uber Eats...more like Uber Streets

The food delivery was left on the pavement at a random location. It wasn't even in the same road, judging by the photo. There are only 5 houses in the road, all of which I am quite fami**** with. Dogs and other stray animals would have had access to this food!?! How sanitary is that? Or, the guy (Bonang) took the photo as proof of delivery, then proceeded home to enjoy the meal that I was charged for! There is no proof of a street name, number, or even a GPS location, even though I messaged the delivery person to point out that he is at the wrong address.
