Uber Eats/Burger King Messup

I received a voucher from DSTV rewards for Uber Eats which was due to expire on 31 December 2022. Due to a appendectomy I was discharged from hospital the 21st of December and could not eat meat. I, however, decided to use the voucher on the 31st of December and ordered food from Burger King Wonderpark earlier that day for me and my mother. The delivery time was scheduled for 18h00 - 18h30. I waited until 18h45 and no one came. I phoned the BK Wonderpark and nobody answered. Going back to tracking my order on their website I saw the order is marked as unfulfilled? No reason, no notice, nothing? I suddenly had to make another plan to find something else to eat! This is the worst service I have experienced in a long time and will obviously not use Uber Eats again or recommend them to anyone.
