Uber eats! You can do better - Worst experience ever

I ordered a meal on uber eats i received my order 3 hours later. after payment was made. Contacted the driver. the driver mentioned to speak to the restaurant ordered from. upon doing that the restaurant mentioned its not their fault they are waiting for the driver.
