Uber Eats- worst service ever,

My daughter made an order through Uber eats. We gave the exact location , wrote extra notes to ensure that the driver quickly finds the location. We waited so long outside in the cold waiting for him, Oswald is his name, but he never delivered but my money was deducted,R151 from my account, but no food .Eventually he drove past so quickly, we stopped him and tried to call but he ignored the calls and he cancelled the order but my money was not refunded, therefore I paid but no food. How disgusting can Uber Eats drivers get. I want my money back NOW!!!!
