Uber Eats worst nightmare

Uber Eats South Africa is just not a friendly service. My wife tried to order food for us yesterday May 25, 2020 and the payment couldn't go through. Today we sitting and received an sms payment to Uber for the amount of R455.50 and we can't reach Uber anywhere to stop and reverse this payment and the contact helpline is very difficult to get hold of them. How must this payment be canceled coz the bank says they can't reverse purchases made online only debit orders they can reverse.

We are sitting here very much frustrated. Please help
