Uber Eats worst experience ever.

This evening I placed an order with Uber Eats, the order was placed with Iowa Spur. We were informed on ths app that Ntsemba will deliver our food. We followed his riding on the app, after an hour he was stationary in Kuilsriver, he never came to Brackenfell where my address is. My husband then made a complaint on the app, whereby Uber Eats then connected us to the driver, who was quite ****y and insisted that he delivered our food, he then disconnected our call, when we phoned back he didn't answer. I think this is the worst experience ever, I insist that the company check up on this driver, as he most definitely did not deliver our order. THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND THERE IS NO EMAIL OR CONTACT NR ON THERE APP TO LAY A COMPLAINT.
