Uber eats won’t refund me.

Got ****med R320 while using the app, upon reporting that my order was never delivered they told me I marked it completed. I reported the order to them from the minute it was late for delivery. I ordered from a restaurant called S’vanna Republic that shows to be in Sandow Retail Crossing Cape Town. Uber Eats is completely refusing to give me a refund.
