Uber Eats - will take your money if order undelivered

My Uber Eats Driver refused to hand over delivery as his bike broke. 2 phone calls to him and watching my order in transit for 90 minutes.

I then cancelled and Uber Eats charged me pretty much the full total.

There's no way to get your money back.
