Uber Eats - Where you wait for the driver to decide when you get your food.

We ordered food last night and the order took almost an hour more to get here than the estimated time frame. When the driver got here, he advised that the other drivers were cancelling the order and that is why it took so long. And the food was cold.

Tonight we put through another order with a different restaurant. And once again, the order time frame rose by more than 30 minutes even though the restaurant had the order ready for collection.

Please ensure that the drivers are held responsible for their actions as the customers are the ones who get the cold food and bad service.
