Uber eats westville goods not received

Ubereats westville have provided me a great service for the past 2 years,unfortunately now it has ended in a loss on my part. I was unreachable for a period of 8 minutes and the delivery of groceries was placed on the roadside entrance of our complex and noted as order completed,I messaged as soon as possible and have been chatting for 2 days to resolve this issue with no positive outcome.I cannot accept the ruling made my uber eats and the loss of almost r500.00 Basic courier conditions should be used and practiced. I haven't recieved any of my goods and it's been 2 days later and I am in a loss of funds due to the poor ruling.
