Uber eats waste of time

I ordered lunch and everything went well on the website. Was paid online, driver picked up food but never came to me. I never even get a call from the driver and I had a promo code on the order and when i tried to order again it never allow to me use the code. was unhappy and disappointed with the service from ubereats. I called the store and was told driver picked the food up and there was nothing they can do. I will never use uber eats ever again.
