Uber Eats wallet voucher did not work so I paid twice

I made an order and my wallet amount did not go through emmediately, I then paid cash for the delivery, I then received a mesa that the driver said i took the food and ddnt pay which I a lie I did pay, not the amount on my wallet is taken and also my money was taken which means that I paid twice for the food. Incompetency !!!
