Uber Eats Voucher gone missing

I received an Uber Eats voucher for R250 which I had redeemed, but did not use. A week later when logging in, there are zero vouchers listed against my profile.

I've attempted to redeem again, but I get an error saying that the voucher has already been claimed for my profile. Where has my voucher gone?
