Uber Eats very bad service

Very bad experience with Uber eats. I order food only half the food arrives. I make contact with them on the app and report that I didn't receive anything. The investigate and decide to refund only a fraction of the funds that I was due for the foods that were not delivered. I don't give up because it is my money that I'm losing. They end up closing the channels for my complaints on the app. I now have no more channels to complain and be able to get back what I am due. I don't want anything more than what is due to me for the foods I didn't receive. It's disgraceful service and day light *******.
