Uber eats unreliable and delivery is much longer than estimated time

I tried ordering from Uber eats and on the first order, after 1 hour of waiting, I get a cancellation. After ordering the second time, the order takes 30 minutes longer. Not only was the driver un-trackable on the app but the food was cold on delivery. I also lost my appetite to eat. Will not be supporting uber eats anymore! Pathetic service and disregard for customer satisfaction.
