Uber eats ********l transaction from my account. No customer service.

I ordered from ubereats and paid for delivery. the payment went through immediately without any hiccups. Two days later the same amount is taken out of my account from uber eats. I reported the issue, given them enough evidence but I still have not received any feedback and its been more than three days since the second amount has been taken from my account. There is no support centre to call, they are not responding to the issue via the app. Such bad customer service. Not impressed at all.
