UBER EATS UNHELFUL UNPROFESSIONAL - WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!!!!

I have recently ordered a meal from MC DONALS via uber eats it was ONE HAPPY MEAL for my daugther. I work on the 15th floor of the building and we always ordering from UBER EATS. guys come up here and deliver goods all the time - the guy firstly went to the wrong building - he then did not call me - he was messaging me telling me that he cant come up - i tried calling him so many times - he submitted my order as delivered and took a pic of the goods in the wrong place - i now submitted dispute to uber eats and they say he was correct there will be no refund my food is gone and so is my money!! if they check his msgs and my call log it shows a different story - I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL
