UBER EATS UNFAIR PROTOCOL!!!!!!!

I made placed an order through ubereats and the order was never delivered, no one requested for my code to confirm the same. The driver apparently followed protocol, and so did I - I gave clear instructions on how to get the food to a place where it would be accepted (at work) - the order is marked as delivered but I never received it. I need a full refund ASAP!!!!

This is not the first time I've placed an order with uber with the same instructions - this has never happened before. Now the customer service is telling me that protocol was followed, whaaaaaat???!!! I followed the same protocol.

I need that money back into my account.
