uber eats unauthorised deduction

I had a terrible experience with uber eats on the 26th of May I had ordered food and I've been double charged. 34 years to take responsibility of the unauthorised amount being charged I have spoken to three different consultants and each time I had to explain myself and none of them understood what my problem was. Three different consultants advised me with 3 different Solutions but none worked. I was advised to go to my bank to release but my bank referred me back to uber eat as they have authority to refund me. Uber eats services are terrible in order to order food one needs to verify themselves with either PayPal Facebook or your bank account. Not everyone uses Facebook and PayPal and some of us don't feel comfortable sharing our banking details on apps. One would think that it would be easier to order and then pay cash. Their services are putrid. Till today I have not been refunded and no assistance has been given. This is awful
