Uber eats *****ulent debit off bank account

My 15 year old sons bank account was debited for an order. He doesnt even have the uber eats app on his phone. He does use uber from time to time but this is linked to my bank card. It seems like this was a *****ulent transaction or done in error. His bank (Standard Bank) cannot help us with any details other than saying I must cancel his bank card and apply for a new one which is rather inconvenient. My attempts to contact uber eats support has not been responded to and it has been one month
