Uber Eats *****ulent Activity

My bank account was *****ulently debited by UberEats on the 30 November 2024 at 10h04:10 for an amount of R704:40. Obviously, I had my card blocked by my bank and they will do their investigation.

However, I have e been trying for the last 3 hours to find a way to get into contact with UberEats Custome Care support or helpline with no success, only utter frustration and bitterness as the result.

Someone paid for their order using my bank account details. Who used my account? Can UberEats trace the transaction to where the transaction took place and by whom? All I have on my end is the following details: Uber Eats Parktown NOR ZAF 30-11-2024 10h04:10... outstanding card authorisation.

Surely, Uber Eats can do better to support with and make help available to prevent *****?
