Uber eats *****ulent activity

I was charged by Uber eats for an order that I did not do. There is no order on my app which means my details were used by Uber eats for someone else's transaction who they have allowed me to link to ???? How is this possible??? Uber eats App is unsafe and allows *****ulent activity I have requested a manager to contact me in this regard
