Uber Eats Transacts Thousands from my account without me even placing an order with them.

I would like to convey my utmost disappointment with Uber eats.

During the course of the day I received notification from my banking app of transactions from an Uber eats account, money was withdrawn from my account. Large amounts of money there was a withdrawn from my account. Uber eats failed to keep my details private and as a result a large amount of funds well withdrawn from my account, not once but a couple of times.

I have tried to send an email to the Uber eats support department however my attempts seem imprudent as no one has responded to my request. I don’t think I’ll ever trust Uber eats again as they failed to comply with the privacy regulations that is so much uphold as their number one priority.

All that I want is my funds to be returned back to me as I didn’t even place an order with you guys however large sums of money which one from my savings account. How can that even be possible, then I don’t even place an order with you guys however my account Is transacted on the basis of an order that was placed with Uber eats app.

I don’t know if my mistake was punching in my card details into the app and keep it to make transactions easy or maybe that is how you normally deal with your customers.
