Uber Eats took time to refund my money

On the 17th of December 2024 I bought stationery at Game Store using Uber Eats so I bought wrong books without noticing. Then on January I decided to go to Game Store to refund the books then they refunded the money back to Uber Eats which was R371. Then Game Store said I must communicate with Uber Eats to refund my money. Till date no response from them and when I write a message to them they say I must explain my situation and I've been explaining for the past four weeks. I'm sick and tired of their service and their treatment to customers
