Uber eats took the money and refused with food

I ordered food on the 12th of December and paid with my card. The driver said my payment method is cash and I even showed her proof of payment from my account and she refused to give me food. Uber eats claimed that they paid the money to my wallet and is still not there. I have been sending a marathon of messages from their site and have had no more responses. The worst part is that there are no even contact numbers.
