Uber eats took my money !!!!!

I’m so angry I tried to order twice and my order didn’t go through but I got a notification from my bank saying uber eats took the money worst part my orders are not even showing on the app and it’s so hard to get customer service can’t even get a number to call on the internet or on the app itself now my bank account is on zero with no orders
