Uber eats took my money and left me with nothing.

I tried to order pizza using ur app and have it delivered to my home address however this particular time the food was delivered to an address I've never even been to before that but more than that when I tried to contact the driver he refused to pick up. He refused to answer my messages and he ended up dropping my food of at the wrong address yet my oder says that my meal was delivered. This is absolutely unacceptable. How can we be expected to pay a delivery fee and a gratutee on top a service fee and every other fee, FOR FOOD THAT WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO ME
