Uber Eats took my money! And cancelled my order

Uber eats cancelled my order after 15 minutes, when I tracked my order again the order was cancelled and I never received my money back! Their contact number does not work anymore, just help option on the website and when they respond they close your ticket and never reply again. I laid a complaint with my bank, as they confirmed the transaction went through! Even the bank keeps on escalating my matter for 3 weeks already....Awaiting a response from Uber Eats, they are ****mers! DO NOT ORDER FROM UBER EATS, running a business but have no telephone number, says alot!
