Uber eats *******

I have placed and order with them using cash as payment method. I received my order and paid the driver as always because I've been ordering from this company for a while and it's been fine all along. I tried to order again after a few weeks and was told that I ddnt pay the driver when I clearly did. I refused to pay that amount because I paid the driver in cash already, non the less I then received a message a few moments ago stating g that they have now deducted that amount from my bank account, who gives them the right to do that? They are now acting like ******* by just taking money from peoples accounts like they want to and I want to have my money refunded.
