Uber Eats is committed to disregarding customer feedback. I placed an order for my wife who was at her workplace. The delivery guy Siphelele Israel arrived to deliver the food, took pictures of the food and updated the app as though he had delivered the food when he actually left with it. Reason: He couldn't get me on the phone. It is ********* to take food that customers have paid for, under pretenses that it has been delivered. He was at the right delivery address, he took pictures claiming to have left the food when he did not. That is dishonesty and theft, which Uber Eats are supporting him in committing. He subsequently blocked my number when I tried to call. So Uber Eats took both my money and my food I had paid for.
