Uber eats theif

I ordered food online and the driver collected it then he sent me a message on the site saying he had car trouble. Just before the time ran out for delivery, he said on the i collected my food .which was a lie. I complained on the site but no one came back to me. I gave it a week and complained on the app. Then ubereats said they cant refund me as my complaint was over 48hours. But i had complained on the day of the incident. Uber eats stole my money and it is uncalled for. Im never using them again
