Uber Eats theft

The driver was just a minute from me I asked him to come to the right location he spend the entire 8mims refusing to come and I never received my items. I phoned game to follow up they driver was rude to them hanged up the phone he I was talking to him he further told the staff that he threw my items away. I contacted Uber eats they refusing to help me they only considering the 8mins he was there but not the fact that with that 8mins I was busy talking to him, Uber eats failed to resolve the matter. They support theft and rude drivers. I have heard stories about theft and safety issues but took them for just stories. We are being ****** from not only by Uber but their drivers as well. I will not be buying from Uber eats ever again.
