Uber eats theft

Ordered food 2/10. Clearly selected a meal for 2 people from the establishment. Paid the price of a meal, however both meals came excluding the chips as well as the incorrect drinks ordered. When I logged the complaint, the feedback was that this does not happen regularly and will be looked into, but will not be refunded or replaced for the missing components Of the meal. So it’s fine to take my money and not give me what I ordered. THATS THEFT!!!
