Uber eats theft

I placea an order today 30 October 2023 around 13h20,my account was debit a sum of R100. 50 for Nando's Kempton Park. I ha e not received my order because they kept saying they looking for a delivery partner and eventually they canceled the order in the app. I want my money back from these *******
