Uber eats the worst service

Ordered a pizza from Delforno lemon tree via Uber eats order took an hour initial driver did not collect the order then eventually another driver was allocated he arriver and the pizza was cold he refused to take it back I did not provide him with a pin, he left contacted Uber help on the app they just transferred me to another dept and the response I got was they will try to get back to me in 6-8 hours,very pathetic service won't be using them again!
