Uber eats the worst

My child ordered food from ubereats.waited 40mins n still no food delivered.wen we called Tom the driver (jm78df gp) he said he was in the street above mine that's what location said.wen I told him his in wrong street and I would drive to where he was he refused and drove away.uber eats is the worst wen it cums to deliver.this happened 4 times now wen delivering
