UBER EATS THE NEW ******** HIDING BEHIND A TRUSTED NAME

Uber Eats Capetown is the new ******* in town,everyone would think they are to be trusted but not to be so,Today I just ordered food for a friend for their birthday,the uber guy makes a phone call to say they are outside ,In a few minutes they had taken off with the food and the next thing I got a message to say the food had been collected.When I called in to complain I got a run around and no answer from the drivers cellphone and no assistance from the call Centre .Thank God for Order In they followed the instructions to the T And my food was delivered but my money is gone to Uber eats for nothing. Dont use Uber Eats ,I would not recommend them at all
