Uber Eats the ****mers

I am very disappointed with their service, it happened to me twice. They never delivered my order one of it was canceled and never refund me. It is very painful that we can't even communicate with them except from going to that help link of theirs, which I find it not helpful. They are chowing people's money with no remorse. It needs to be boycotted
