Uber eats the app that eats your money!

Uber eats is disgusting twice this has happened to me, when there driver can't find you he will put your anywhere on the road and it's says on the app delivered, how is that possible when you got to give the code first then they give it you, tonight the driver of whom I called several times messaged him just said it's dark and delsolte here, left my food somewhere and Uber won't refund because driver couldn't get hold of me, yet I was trying my hardest to call him.
