Uber Eats Terrible Service Terrible policies

Used the app to order food, specified special instructions. They were not followed. When i complained and asked for a refund, Uber told me my reason for refund request was not good enough and i need to speak to the steers branch. which i did. Store manager put the phone down when i requested a refund.

I expect Uber to reveres the transaction. I never ate the food as it was not up to my standard.
