Uber eats terrible service

Disgusting service. The driver picked up the food for an hour and I could not contact him. He went on to make other deliveries. When I contacted the support team, they could not even locate him and they tell me I must still pay for the food and accept it however and whenever it comes. If i want to cancel the order, i must still pay for the food.
