Uber Eats Terrible Experience

I recently had a terrible experience with Uber Eats. My delivery driver refused to deliver my food, claiming my location was unsafe, and demanded I meet him at a nearby garage. Despite providing screenshots of our conversation, Uber Eats support only sent generic replies and insisted I reimburse the restaurant, ignoring the fact that their driver failed to deliver my order.

This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service and support from Uber Eats. I will think twice before using their service again.
