Uber eats terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service experience! Placed my order at around 9am it eventually said the driver was here around 9:48 am..... Driver contacted me saying hes at my door.... I went to the door but saw no driver! Sent him a message via the uber eats app and he said he was outside 👀i then noticed that the order said delivered with a picture of my food outside some else's door i then contacted customer service, to which they only rep**** hours later! Luckily i screenshot my conversation via the app with the driver and i forwarded it to customer service, its been an hour with no response or refund!!! The customer service is terrible and drivers need to be addressed on this issue cause its not the 1st time my order was left outside someone else's door! Customer service needs to be more prompt with a response cause we cant complain on any other platform but their app, please create a customer service line that we can call to get a faster response
