Uber eats taken my money but no order

I have placed an order today at 14:17 with burger king Rivonia Sandton and as I kept on checking my order how far is it, all of a sudden my order is no longer on the app my R89 gone just like that. I tried calling the Uber eats with no success and I called the shop my order is not there I am so frustrated this is the second time in row something like this is happening to me. I want my money back. Your service sucks.
