Uber eats takeing money out my account

I don’t understand why they are not helping me I have been complaining and complaining now they have taking R400 out of my account I need somebody to call me or email me I don’t not need a robots response to me this is getting absolutely ridiculous I paid my last order and now got told it has not been paid for and just took the money from my account I would like sorry to call me !!!
