Uber eats take money without delivery anything

On the 30 Aug I ordered a breakfast from McDonald’s they was out of stock of some items I messaged the person in app please cancel my order then 2 mins later it say my order was delivered I got nothing but my money was take I used in help no one helped me did it again today and was told sorry it’s 48 hours we can’t help you what so they get away with just taking a person money #ubereatsza doing better
