Uber Eats take money and deliver cold *******!!!

For the second time running I ordered Rocco mamma's from uber eats and the meal was delayed. Arrived completely cold and virtually inedible. Non of the cooking instructions were followed which I think is Uber eats not making sure they do as when I order direct they get it right everytime. I complain and all I get is a thank you for telling them so I throw my toys and they insult me by adding R3 to my wallet.. What an insult.... I won't be using them again once I've used up my wallet!!!!! UBER EATS you should be ashamed *****ing people's money and delivering that quality of food, you are the vendor you should be making sure everything is right and refunding if the meal is a disgrace!!!
