Uber eats surely operating *******ly ?

This Company should be boycotted, for the second time in as many months I have had an Uber eats driver going into the back of one of my cars, on both occasions the drivers did not have valid drivers licences and the motor cycles were also unlicensed. The drivers have no direct contact numbers to reach Uber eats as everything is done on line and you can search for a contact for Uber eats all you like and will not find one. How is this allowed and how does a Company get away with contracting these drivers ? Surely there should be some background checks being done with licences being inspected. This just means that for the second time I have to pay for damages because of this Company's failure to take responsibility for these inexperienced, unlicensed drivers. lets see if I get any response now, I can give you all the answer to that immediately !
