Uber eats support team won’t attend to my claim

I ordered simply Asia fourways mall today 05 June 2021 my total was R198,57 when the driver came with my order I personally gave R200 but when realized when he left he made a note saying I did not pay. I quickly went to report it to the support team but they kept on telling me that I need to pay the same amount while I clearly told them that I paid the driver, I insisted saying that the driver stole from them and definitely ****. Right now I’m being ignored , I’m sending Uber eats emails and msgs on the app nobody is answering. The driver name is Dimba, tried to call him as well but in vain. I’m really upset and disappointed
