Uber eats support sucks

The most pathetic service. A few of my recent orders were messed up and I showed uber eats proof but there was no assistance. Nor refunds. My last order was 3 happy meals. They only brought 2. One of the orders the juice fell all over and messed the food. Making it soggy and inedible. I requested assistance and they just said they understand but cannot assist. How pathetic is that ?
